Education leaders need new approaches to envision bold futures for their communities.Â
The old models of planning and reacting are not sufficient for the complexity and uncertainty of this moment.Â
Join us for Lead Like It's 2040, a three-part virtual workshop series designed for US K-12 public school teams. This workshop focuses on bringing practical design and futurist strategies to school leaders.Â
Starting in October 2025, this visionary program brings together expert facilitators from the Stanford d.school with futurists and design experts. This program is designed to empower education leaders with the skills needed to navigate complex challenges and drive innovation in their institutions.Â
During the designated coaching weeks, each school-based team will be supported by an expert design coach who will consult and advise your team’s project.Â
